Refund Policy
If you conclude this Contract as a consumer by purchasing non-personalized products through engraving or cutting, you have the right to withdraw from the Contract within 14 days, without providing any reason. The return of the product is done in any type of packaging, accompanied by all the accessories it came with (MAISON LA STEPHANIE box, warranty certificate, vouchers, and any gifts depending on the active promotions), and the products must not show signs of damage or wear. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the date you or a third party designated by you physically receive the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can notify Maison la Stephanie by sending an email to info@maisonlastephanie.com regarding your decision to withdraw from this Contract. The return of the products will be at the customer's expense, with all shipping costs being borne by them. The customer can request the replacement of the product or the refund of the product value, which will be reimbursed by us to the bank account provided by you or through the Payment Processor if the payment was made online. The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the moment we receive the returned products from you. You CANNOT cancel a Contract whose object is the delivery of PRODUCTS PERSONALIZED BY ENGRAVING or CUTTING. Considering that products personalized by engraving/cutting are made to order for you, for these products, we cannot refund the amount paid, but if you are dissatisfied with how the personalization was done, due to errors on our part, we can replace the products with ones that meet the criteria of the initial Contract or we can refund their value.
