QUALITY AND WARRANTY OF OUR PRODUCTS
All the products we sell comply with international quality standards and are accompanied by a Quality and Warranty Certificate.
The certificate provides the purchased item with a commercial warranty of 2 years from the moment you take possession of it.
The conformity warranty has a duration of 2 years and is granted in the case of non-compliant products, with manufacturing defects or defects demonstrable through expertise. The warranty is granted for manufacturing defects and failure to meet product specifications. There is no warranty for jewelry showing signs of wear, improper use, or any sign indicating that the defect could have been caused by something other than a manufacturing issue. Maximum resolution time for service requests is 15 days.
Although all our products are made of 925 silver, in some cases such as exposure to certain substances or even contact with skin pH (some individuals have acidic skin pH which leads to tarnishing of jewelry, even those made of silver), the products may change color. In these cases, you can carefully clean the jewelry using the special cloth received in the product box or with the help of special silver cleaning substances, and they will regain their natural color.
Even if the jewelry is not worn for a long time, if not stored properly, they may change color.
That's why we recommend storing your jewelry properly and periodically caring for them with special silver cleaning substances to maintain their natural shine.
For gold-plated jewelry, the gold layer may wear off within a few months or a few years depending on storage methods or wearing conditions.
